A personal post...

So if you know Ryan and I well, you know that this year has been a little stressful, not knowing what the future held for us. Back in January, Ryan's company, Wyeth, announced that they were being bought by Pfizer, the world's largest pharmaceutical company. So for 10 months, we didn't know what that would mean for Ryan once that transition happened. Would he have a job, if so where?? We really thought that if he did get an offer that it would require us to move, which neither of us wanted to do. BUT, he finally got the call yesterday...he was offered the lead regional account manager position in Michigan...not requiring a move!! We could not be happier! What a relief, what an awesome opportunity! Although we are thrilled, many of Ryan's co-workers were not so lucky. Ryan now has survivors guilt as his phone continuously is ringing with the news that another one of his co-workers (friends) got cut. Our hearts and prayers go out to all those who's world is now upside down.
